Each booking must be secured with a valid credit card or an advance payment. Our reservation team is available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or special requests to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking, guests will receive a confirmation email detailing their reservation, including room type, dates of stay, and payment information. It is imperative to review this confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. A confirmed booking guarantees the room type selected, although specific room assignments are subject to availability upon check-in.
Payment Policy
For direct bookings, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is required upon booking for non-refundable rates, while other rates may require a deposit or full payment prior to arrival. For bookings through third-party platforms, their respective payment policies apply. In case of any payment issues, the reservation team will contact the guest for resolution.
Special Requests
Guests are welcome to make special requests at the time of booking, such as bed preferences, dietary needs, or transportation services. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Our team will do its utmost to ensure your preferences are met to enhance your stay.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of five rooms or more, special rates and additional terms may apply. We encourage guests to contact our reservations team directly to discuss their requirements. Group bookings may require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure the reservation.
Changes to Bookings
Modifications to bookings, including date changes and room type upgrades, are subject to availability and the resort’s discretion. Any changes must be requested in writing or through the booking platform used for the original reservation. Additional charges may apply for modifications, especially during peak seasons.
Cancellation Policies
General Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform used to make the reservation. The date and time of the cancellation request will be considered as the official cancellation date and time. Guests will receive a cancellation confirmation email upon the successful processing of their cancellation request.
Standard Cancellation Policy
For standard bookings, cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Non-Refundable Rates
For bookings made under non-refundable rates, no refunds will be provided for cancellations at any time. Changes to the booking dates or room type are not permitted for non-refundable rates.
Early Departures
Early departures are considered as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined above. Guests will be charged for the full duration of their original booking if they choose to depart early.
Special Promotions and Packages
Cancellations for bookings made under special promotions or packages are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotion or package details. These terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
Aranyaani Resort Pench is not liable for any cancellations or modifications to bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or travel restrictions. In such cases, guests may be offered the option to reschedule their stay or receive a refund, subject to availability and the resort’s discretion.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original booking. Any transaction fees or currency exchange fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the guest.
Amendments to Cancellation Policy
Aranyaani Resort Pench reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes to the cancellation policy prior to confirming their booking. The cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to all confirmed reservations.
Accommodation Policies
Room Types and Availability
Aranyaani Resort Pench offers a variety of room types, including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and villas. Room types are subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred room type.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and the booking confirmation upon check-in.
Room Occupancy
Room occupancy limits are strictly enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests. Standard rooms accommodate up to 2 adults, while deluxe rooms and villas can accommodate up to 4 adults. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and may incur extra charges.
Children and Extra Beds
Children under 12 years of age stay free when sharing a room with their parents, using existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Charges for extra beds and cribs will be applied as per the resort’s rate policy.
Room Amenities
All rooms are equipped with standard amenities, including air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a safe. Additional amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries are provided for deluxe rooms and villas. Guests are requested to inform the front desk of any missing or malfunctioning amenities immediately upon check-in.
Housekeeping

Please note that housekeeping staff will not enter rooms marked with a “Do Not Disturb” sign unless specifically requested by the guest.
